County Fair

Friday, July 17, 2009

Yesterday mom and dad took me to the Barron County Fair. I saw cows, pigs, sheep, goats, llamas, horses, and even bunnies and chickens! It was so much fun. I have to say my favorite were the cows, they looked just like grandma's, and then the fuzzy bunnies. The pigs were pretty funny too, a nice man that daddy knew let me feed his pig gummy bears! And then I tried to share my water with him... animals sure love me:) Next we went over to the rides. I rode a zebra, and was really excited until it started to move up and down and round and round! Lastly, I was able to see why mom and dad were so anxious to get to the fair... the food! I tried a corn dog, pretzel with cheese, cheese curds, french fries, funnel cake, and even cotton candy- yum, yum.

Llamas...

Fourth of July

Monday, July 6, 2009

I had a busy holiday weekend, but I sure had a lot of fun! It started off Friday night with Josh and Kori's wedding. Then we headed to McNamara's cabin on Saturday for some swimming and good eating! We ended the night at my house where dad took everyone out on the pontoon and we watched the fireworks over the lake. Thanks everyone for a great weekend!

Enjoying the wedding cake!

Looking festive in my red, white, and blue.

Playing in the sand with Leyton.
It took awhile, but I finally decided lake water isn't so bad!

Playing in the water with Grace.

Giving Grace a "five!"

Some treats with Daddy.

My first juice box... actually Grace's, but I think she was done with it:)

Enjoying fireworks on the pontoon with grandma, grandpa, and Lucy.

Mommy's Home!

Friday, June 26, 2009

It was a long week without her (just ask daddy), but mommy came back! She came home Wednesday night with plenty of gifts from France. I'll model some of my French clothes in another post:) I think she was feeling guilty for missing a whole week of my life (dad reminded her there are only 52 of those weeks in a year....) so we had a busy day yesterday! First we went to the park and had lunch, then we got out my new swimming pool. Later we went for a pontoon ride on the lake, and then met my friend Evan for ice cream at the park!

First Mischa and I had to check out the new pool.

And then I played from the "outside."

Started splashing....

Realized the water really wasn't too bad...

And then I got in.... after mommy did!

It sure is easy to get my way:)

Ready for Summer Weather

Tuesday, June 2, 2009

Watch ya lookin' at?

Found my tummy!

I am all ready for summer, I have my new sunglasses and hat, all I'm missing is the summer heat wave! I have already been playing outside a lot, but mom says it has to get really hot before she gets out my new pool.

Mini Mozart?

One day when mom had exhausted all options for entertaining me, she decided to let me try the piano. I made myself comfortable, and sure made a lot of music! It will be awhile before my feet can reach the pedals, but for now I am content creating masterpieces without the fancy effects!
